Finn 2025

Finn 2025 is a wine of place before it is anything else. The blend — 83% Syrah, 17% Grenache Noir — draws from four distinct South African sites, each contributing its own character through the soil beneath it. The Syrah is sourced from the shale of the Ceres Plateau, the granite and shale of Swartland, and the granite of Stellenbosch, while the Grenache Noir comes from sandstone vineyards in Piekenierskloof. The result is a single bottle that carries the diversity of the Cape's winelands within it — a considered blend built on terroir, not convenience.

Deep pink to pale ruby. The nose is spice-led — pepper, tobacco and wood — with a whisper of strawberry and coconut providing fruit. Straightforward and honest.

The palate opens with a balanced, smooth entry.  Enjoy with a charcuterie and cured meats board or grilled chicken.
